Maybe someday, but I'm doubting it with much pessimism. I don't see how they could manage it. I think the deals they made with the publishers is by the fact it's on their Playstation platform only, if they don't adjust(increase) their pricing, it wouldn't benefit either of them. They'd have to separate the services(and add something like ultimate(pc+xbox)). Doesn't seem like that will happen any time soon.

The PS3 introduced Six-Axis and removed rumble during launch(litigation). But they added it back in later revisions of the controller. Six-Axis being a severely under-used feature ;; I feel most of these features are so underutilized
Also it was wireless and they added the PS button on PS3. Idk what you mean by "same"
Battery life sucks on PS4 controller compared to 2xAA on XB1 controller. And once it gets to a point of degradation, you'll want to replace it, or replace the internal batter, which is usually after market, if not.. probably costs more than half the controller for OEM New.

Sorry, but you're running games that are still bottlenecked by hardware fragmentation on PC. HDD needs to be completely eliminated. Games will also be more optimized on consoles, compared to PC, since there is no hardware fragmentation.
