I don't think he means that they are using most out of the PS4 possible, what is sounded to me like is he just means that with Sony helping/collaborating with resources and help, that they are getting as much out of it as they can RIGHT NOW. The API and tools are still evolving and we will see games getting more and more impressive, technically at least.
Cool, I don't need that much :p. Well I gotta find an unused HDD now, apparently can't use a single partition of a multi-partition HDD :(.
Does this mean I can install games to external HDD greater than 32GB?
I play on the hardest difficulty if a trophy is involved or if it is just too easy.
Steam sales, humblebundle(bundles in general), flash sales come to mind.
It's hasn't been cheaper in U.S., but about equal, so it's a good price if you got it for that much. And it's not like it is normal price here, you really gotta wait for those deals.
Do you get anything good out of the sales they have on JP/EU store?
Cheap, but not insanely cheap, I've seen these games at these prices before in US(when you convert to dollar), but I guess it's good for UK :).
Well yes, if it involves stripping down the game for sake of parity with last-gen, I think last-gen shouldn't be targeted. But there are and will always be games that can be cross-compiled(or not much work for porting) that just don't require current-gen hardware, and can handled by last-gen with some simple engine tweaks, especially indie games... Last-gen has too huge and growing installed base to just abandon entirely.. a major reason PS2 is no longer getting games was because it ...
Hotline Miami is far from mindless... it's a strategy game, and GTA(especially V) is only mindless if you choose to do mindless stuff in it. This game seems like a mixture, actually looks really fun, but I'd like to see a PS4 version :).
EFF YEA!
How?
Although I'd love to get Shovel Knight for free but it's a shitty thing to do to customers who bought the game a couple weeks before. Played Rayman Origins, and I love the faster gameplay compared to the first PS1 game, never beat either but still wouldn't mind getting Legends.
I did notice it started nearly finished(87% or something) and finished quick.
He means NA release date for: Batman Arkham Knight, J-Stars, and (Expansion) FF14 : Heavensward is June of this year, very exciting.
I wish Sony was able to do that..
It's still amazing.
PS Classics and Wii VC. And besides, Emulators are legal and anyone who knows about emulation or really wants to play an old game can get their hands on a copy of an emulator and ROM, it's not hard and cops won't come bursting through your door. There is no profit in its legalization unless the companies opt to sell their own emulation software and ROMS.. it's entirely up to them.
Should non-proprietary/third-party emulators/roms be legal? Sure, why not, I'd l...
Because some of the old games are still being sold digitally.
For dust perhaps, but it also prevents scratches and and other surface damage, especially good for those who want to keep it in shape for re-sale or taking to other people's homes. My PS4 has a ton of small scratches and other damage and I have no idea where they came from, but I do move it (room to room) a few times a weeks. $12 is kinda high for the material, but it looks like it fits perfectly, I wouldn't bother making my own.
