There were a few places where you could Pre-order the game for $39.99 USD. This was only available in the USA, and I'm not really sure if those deals are still going.
I think your making a mistake their. What your saying makes sense, which doesn't work out with fanboys.
Even if the graphics of this game aren't as good as they were said to be, fanboys will never accept it. Vice Versa, there are fanboys that just won't accept that this game seems pretty good.

I don't think ME 1 can legally go on the PS3. I remember reading something about how that game has to remain on the 360/PC because of some deal between MS and bioware.
ME2 isn't under the same deal, so that could technically go multiplatform I guess.
Also, I'm stoked for InFamous 2. Loved the first one, but I never bothered getting all the damn shards.

Nier has scorede low on pretty much every review that has come out so far. The highest score I've seen for it was a 7.
Yes I know that it's all opinion, and I have yet to play the game. It's not promising when that many people say the game is just average, or even below average.
actually did land some pretty big timed exclusives in Japan.
Their first big timed exclusive sold very well (for the 360), but when everyone found out it was a timed "exclusive" they just waited for the PS3 version to come out.

It's like a 360 controller with Playstation buttons and analog sticks. ThI'm confident teh d-pad will be better than the 360's.

only plays video games a few times. There isn't really much of a problem, but If I EVER beat her at a racing game or a fighting game (her 2 favorite genre's) she gets agitated at me and quits playing.

I actually believed the hype about how awesome the fable games were going to be. They are fairly good, but nowhere near the level of hype they receive.
I'm confident it'll be a decent game, I'm just tired of Molyneux hyping all of his games up (Fable, Fable 2, Black and White 2, etc)

is not AM3, its an AM2 processor. I believe it's just an AMD athlon x64 4600 or something along those lines. 2.4 Ghz, dual core, not a bad processor by any means, but definitely not a cutting edge one.
I'm a bit pissed because I bought a motherboard a few weeks ago, and it arrived broken (I brought it to a PC repair shop and they diagnosed the FSB was broken), and I had to pay shipping to send it back to the seller ($30, because they only accept returns to CHINA OF ALL PLACES...

If I am replacing my current motherboard, and I buy one that is the same form factor and the same socket type (ATX-Mini, and socket AM2) would I run into compatibilty issues?
I've heard some people say you need to reinstall your operating system if you change motherboards.
I'm also wondering if an AM2+ motherboard would support my AM2 processor. I THINK it's backwards compatible, but i'm not really sure.
