of crysis 1 was terrible. I don't even know how the multiplayer got that bad.
For those fo yuo who never played, the multiplayer consisted of 90% hackers, and everyone else just lagged because of bad servers. It didn't help that EVERYONE just used the speed enhancement part of the suit (which made the lag even worse).
Also some of the hackers in the game were just ridiculous, almost all of them had instant-headshot-from-across-t he-map hacks. ...

If someone isn't buying FFXIII because of bad reviews, does that mean they aren't buying the game because it went multiplatform?
I'll probably wait for more information/reviews of the game before I make my choice.
There is a bunch of reviews in from various sites giving the game 9.0's and 9.5's.
Your probably seeing more "popular" articles about alan wake, and most of the most commented on articles for Alan Wake are the ones that give it low scores.

You don't judge a future console's sales by the current consoles sales. A lot of thing's factor in such as price, marketability, games, etc.
By your logic, any NEW video game system should get zero sales because there was no predecessor?

He's not saying every xbox is going to break. He's probably thinking that a lot of people who got refurbished consoles without the jasper chip are going to be pissed if their 360 dies when out of warranty.

Ever since they have tried to "westernize" they're quality has been slipping. In the direction they are headed their next game will probably be a FPS featuring American Space Marines who are the nation's last hope against alien invaders.
the difference is that Mario and Link are from a different Era. Things were way different back then. People actually cared about the gameplay instead of graphics for one....

It's not so much scary as it is a thriller. You'll be on the edge of your seat at times, and you'll have a few spooky moments but it's nothing compared to the old SH's (at least for me).
There were two main problems I noticed while I was playing and that was:
The lip syncing was terrible. Not much else I can say about this.
Sometimes trees would block the screen making it hard to see what is going on.
I'm not really having any problems with it. The main thing that is bothering me is that some of my IRL friends are xbox fanboys who keep bringing up the topic.
Know what the dumbest part is? They aren't even planning on buying the game.
I think anyways.
