Map editor's have been on PC FPS's for over a decade.
In fact, Counter Strike Source easily has more maps than all of the Console COD's, Battlefields, Halo's put together.
I will admit that a LOT of them are fairly low quality though.

100 in Empire: total War
probably 400 hours combined in Medieval 2/Rome Total War
Because they need to either have the star be black, or the supporting actor to be black.
It's the whole "multiculturalism" thing where they try to make movies/TV shows as multicultural as possible so that kids will be more used to seeing different races and hopefully won't grow up to be racist bigots.

yes lots still play. The only problem you might have is it might take a couple of minutes for your first match to start. After that you'll get auto-placed into matches quickly.

According to the article, he bought a few weeks ago and returned sometime recently. The article title is supposed to be suggestive of Kinect having no staying power, but I'll agree its a flamebait title.
Title should be something more relevant to what he did like "Kinect only good for holidays" (which he said) or something like that. Then again I am terrible at making up titles so don't mind me.

I was surprised he LIKED it. I've only seen him like this game and Amnesia. I was fairly sure he was going to hate the grindan.
Yes, these new consoles are going to come out soon even though both Sony and Microsoft (especially) have released new peripherals.
Also, disregard the fact that we still have games confirmed for 2013's releases and that there are still graphicals hills being climbed by games every year.
I can imagine them "announcing" the new platforms in 2012, but I don't see them releasing new home consoles for a few more years.

You seem more like one of the people who leeches off programmers who are actually doing the work while you sit around and have no idea what they are doing. If you're going to pirate, you should at least learn the tools of the trade and actually contribute to it instead of just leeching off the work of others like everyone else does.

if they made the gun bigger, the CE would have cost even more. Same thing they do in every other CE, they reduce the size to cut down costs.
Remember the Halo Helmets? The upcoming KZ3 helmets aren't full-sized either, it's just a novelty item for collectors to put on their shelf to show off.

I think the most they can legally do is IP ban the person.
I might be wrong though, but the EULA says they can take all measures possibles to prevent you from signing into PSN if you are found to be running modified hardware/firmware/software. Sounds like either they will ban the PS3 itself or ban the IP from accessing PSN.
There are people buying this solely because they want to trade the hats.
I'll agree with you on the "more games will come out" thing, but to be honest, both the Move and Kinect pretty much have died as far as marketing goes.
During Christmas I saw a Kinect commercial or a Burger King Commercial (giving away a kinect) EVERY hour. Now I see like 1 of them a week.
