drive space is still too limited... you can upgrade to 1.5tb on the ps4/ps3 for about $120 bucks... and i think samsung/seagate just released a 2TB hdd that will fit, but i haven't seen it available yet, or how much it would cost. but really, the bigger named games being anywhere from 20-50gb per game is just too much for a 500gb hdd.
this game will sell a bunch on 360, though... although 700k seems pretty low for a console with not that many titles on it yet. seems everyone with an xbox one would jump at titanfall. i suppose it's still a little early, though.

one thing i learned over the last day or so...
if you are bored with COD, Titanfall will NOT reinvigorate the genre. More of the same. Couple different things, but nothing exciting. it's just a mish-mash of different games. it's ok. score of 7.5 is about as high as i could go, though.
i almost feel like some of these reviewers WANTED this game to be more than it is, and dove in the pool without really looking at how deep it was.

i'm actually the opposite. I like IW versions better. Treyarchs try to cater too much to one gamestyle anymore, where IWs maps have areas for all playstyles. Also, treyarchs Cods all have super bad hit detection from my experience. don't get me wrong, i play their versions to death, just like the others, but those are just examples of why i favor the one over the other.
they added Sledgehammer Games to the roster, so now each developer will get three years to put out a game.
does titanfall look like it might be fun? to me, yes.
does it look fun enough to warrant spending $650 dollars to play? not even remotely. that's just too much to spend on one game.
there is zero chance it will look better on the xbox than the pc, in my opinion.

but in this case, the statement of it only being older games is probably right... and obvious. and the actual point of the service. so to call it a joke is sort of ridiculous when the whole point is to stream older content onto the newer console.
i've had an xbox and ps3 from the start, and now have a ps4 and an xboox one as well. i've never listened to music on any of them. ever. i'm sure if people do listen to music on theirs, it's a big deal. but to me, not so much. if i listen to music while i play, i have my stereo with my ipod going. to each their own, i guess.
i think the people that are complaining have legitimate reasons, and the people that aren't complaining either choose to ignore the problems, have learned to deal with them, or just don't really care that much. the game obviously has problems, because the developers themselves have said they are trying to fix them, and have an "all hands on deck" attitude about it. you don't give that sort of ultimatum for minor issues.

i'm still playing through ghosts and knack... and also resogun isn't getting stale for me yet... i still haven't even opened killzone, assassins creed, and nba 2k. i should be good for a few more months.
plus ps3 is still churning out a lot of stuff for plus, so the ps3 will make do, as well.
i know i'd play the xbox one if it was cheaper and had better power. that's not playing brands... that's using common sense.
unless you want the new forza or killzone... or better graphics on the multiplatform games a lot of people play.
this whole "wait and buy it" thing is silly. if they have the money, and can find one, then buy one. you'll get your money's worth.
there are dozens of games to play on both, and if they fail, they are under warranty.
@insomnium2 yeah, sure, but why should a person not be expedited at the companies cost when said company is 100% at fault? why should i be put on hold because i don't have a second $540 bucks to be put on hold for a week or two? i paid for a brand new unit, not a refurbished one. i should get a discounted price, then, too, right?
