great game. I liked the atmosphere they set. Like the historical references set in the "Steam punk"ish fantasy. I worry that people who enjoyed it like I have may regret when it hits 39.99. Or lower, only because the enjoyment didn't last longer, and could've saved a few bucks. I beat it on a binge session, and returned it.

That might be one of the biggest Sony fanboy comment I've seen in awhile. To call Sony's competing system a paper weight! That is your fanboy opinion, but no real gamer, no matter which system they prefer could call any system what you just did. You sir are easily a fanboy.

I agree with what you said.
In the case of Ryse and the order how the game looked took the top spot over gameplay.using the better power of the current gen systems for graphics to showcase that power to try to sell consoles.

If you look at more than 3 reviews (especially by some respected sites) you can't help but see negative reviews.
Not saying you won't enjoy the game, just saying for this game, take the "want to be good " gaming goggles" off.
This game is mediocre and deserves where it will land on meta.
Same, I just looked on meta (to read more reviews) and some major sites have it at 50 OR LOWER! Never expected these bad of scores.

This will be a buy from gamestop in two months. It will sell well enough to have a major discount about that time, used. It looks great, I will play it, but not at 60 bucks. To much to leave to chance if I will enjoy it as much!

Why would I not be entitled to my free ps+ version?
When I decided to get my ps4 (b4 launch) Sony said there would be a free version of the game available.
When it got delayed, Sony said a free version for members would be arriving.
When the full game released, Sony said we would still get a free version.
Why wouldn't I be entitled to a free version of the game?

What if you plan on getting it day one? (An EA or ubisoft game) No matter what people think of the game releasing bug filled.
I will preorder The next mass effect as soon as I can. Do I think that lately many games have released with major bugs, yes.

This happened to me once already. I decided to play on the Xbox One because I knew two regulars that where picking it up. I got to level 5. Backed out. Came back and poor , gone!

I own the game on 360. I didn't play it at all, I think I was stuck on Phantasy Star Universe... Don't actually remember. It ended up in a back log that never happened!
I like the premise of the"nightmare" addition. The fantasy world intrigues me more than the realish world it was set in.
