The one thing that I do find "fishy" is that the president of that division saw the controller final design a day or so before the event. Even if it is great marketing and a good business move by getting the jump....
If your higher up guy JUST sees the design, one of three things is going on. He is a moron for not having a say in his division... The people higher then him don't trust his input on said device... Or the more likely situation this event was rush...
That is the problem dboy....they dominated the last 2 gens. They fell of from dominating... To being muddled in with the rest. It is a huge loss even though they sold well.
It failed in amount of sales compared to money put in, time, and hype put in by us as gamers. That is kinda simple to see. Even many here who are pro Sony and this game are pointing out reasons why it failed. It may not have failed as a game that is enjoyable to play, but it failed on its expected cash retun , and.... Re-read the first sentence!
And the sad thing.... The majority of consumers can't tell the difference between the vita and a psp.
I own a sega Saturn just for this game. I really wish a remake would be put out there.
I own a sega genesis for Warsong and Herzog Zwie.

Whenever you are number one by a huge margin like Sony WAS in the biz... And you lose sooooo much of your lead, and even drop into second place to Nintendo... That is reason to start these stories. Because something was either done half ass'd to lose that much ground, or the other players did something much better where Sony couldn't match i...

Comeback to dominance. Market share took a plunge. That could be considered a comeback.... Getting back to the dominating force they once were.

@konnerbllb Isn't this game related? It's not a bashing on a system, it's just information that could possibly lead to a person getting a game they might enjoy.

These are all valid points, FOR THE MAINSTREAM PEOPLE THAT NEED TO BUY IT FOR IT TO BE SUCCESSFUL. These points are less valid for the hardcore, but still hold some merit. A mother looking to buy a system for her 10- teen child will definitely be turned off once finding out about the memory card. And for sure wont care at all about cross platform play.
And as far as people I know who still have a Vita, only 1 person doesn't have a PS3. Reach outside of just the PS3 cr...
