Could it save the system ?
WTF ? Does the wiiu already need saving ? It's been out for 1.5 months and has sold 3 million units.
God everyone is so hellbent on seeing the wiiu fail , but it's just not gunna happen.
Worst case scenario is the wiiu sells 50M in same time as wii took to do 100M but Nintendo make money off the operation and is still considered a success.
No the wiiu does not need pokemon. It will do fine...

Cod on wiiu is the same looking as the 360 version which ANIHILATES the HORRIBLE looking ps3 version.
Nuff said.
In terms of what Power ? Wiiu will be better in terms of innovation and exclusives. You can't beat Zelda , Smash bros , 3D mario , Metroid , Donkey kong , Starfox , etc.
That's just my opinion though which means nothing to a lot of you just Like Pachters means nothing to a lot of us.
If the ps3 and 720 are $400 and NOT being sold at a loss then they will only be a tiny bit powerfull than wiiu. A negligible difference like that between Ps2 and xbox 1.
You have 2 scenarios-
A- You DO see a MASSIVE graphical leap from Sony or MS but the console retails at $499 and costs like $599- $699 to manufacture. This scenario is almost 100% likely not to happen given Sony's financial state and Microsofts desire to make more money from the next gen....

Snake eater and Revelations when put in FPS aim mode both prove you could have awesome looking FPS' on 3DS. What's detering Dev's is only one circle pad. They should take a leaf out of metroid prime hunters book and use the stylus as default. With an A,B,X,Y aim option or CPP.
That's an impressive list , and I see you don't mind buying hidden gems regardless of the review scores , I have 28 boxed 3DS games and about 15 VC and Eshop games. I just bought a vita and it's pretty sweet... Hope the sales can do something half decent within next year.
just bought a Vita and I like it! It's not some AMAZING device though , it's just wuite good.
Uncharted , Gravity rush , Rayman Origins are what I have and they're all excellent. However I bought it of a kid who had declassified pre installed and that game sucks...

The wiiu is a LEAP over current consoles. Here's why.
When the xbox 360 launched 90% of the games looked the same as xbox 1 with a higher resolution and some tacked on textures here and there. Some sports games even had framerate issues. And the consoles was generally regarded as a RROD disaster.
All those things were due to Microsoft rushing to get their console out first and hassling devs to do the same with games. So everything turned out poo poo.
There's no news like bad news.
Bad news seems to generate a LOT of hits.
The fact of the matter is , the wiiu is awesome , innovative hardware with a pretty nice launch line up and litteraly near enough INFINITE potential.
But even though it's been out less than 1.5Months globably , people still like to write their doom articles to generate hits.

Really ? Mario kart 7 destroys this game in my opinion , Much more tighter gameplay , better track designs , Better items and I for on actually like the blue shell. it livens things up a bit. It's a disadvantage for everyone so you can't say it's unfair.

Repulsive is the kind of word my grandmother uses to describe my potty mouth , I never use that word.
But Project shield looks trully repulsive.
I didn't like this game much at all. I can see why others do , But it feels a bit rushed and cheap tbh...
I would give it a 6.5/10 or 7/10 at best.
The wiiu version uses FXAA aswell unlike the 360 and ps3 version. That's why when people first played the first demo's of it , they were saying it looke 1080p native. But of course it's 720p with FXAA.

Because the tiles is missleading and says ''xbox 360 to win generation not wii'' . That title doesn't say just in the US as it should.
