Were you expecting them to remake the entire game for Switch? A resolution and frame rate increase will do just fine for a launch day game.
For the first time since gamecube they are releasing cutting edge, powerful hardware. Wii,DS,Wiiu,3DS were all underpowered and focuses on fun gimmicks. They seem to of spent all of the budget in making it the most powerful portable hybrid they possibly could of done which is what we all wanted to see. I think it's way cooler than a normal console box. The tech is a lot more advanced than the chips in original ps4 and Xbox one. . @dranzer ...
I recon 900p 60fps with improved assets on Switch and 720p 25-30fps on Wiiu. @ziv the switch outputs higher resolution on TV though.maybe when un docked it runs at 720 60 and then when docked 900 or 1080 60
Well that was amazing. It seemed to look a lot better on switch, frame rate was smooooth. The fact that they've released a handheld that is powerful enough to run full games is crazy lol.
That's weird :s. I seem to remember speculating that this would be the case right from the start and being ridiculed by loads of "know it alls". Lol
They're brutal the first time you ever play one of them. Once you get over the learning curve, then you're left with one of the most intense, rewarding game experiences around. The difficulty stops being intimidating and just becomes fun eventually.

It'd end up selling 25-30m an being semi abandoned by third parties. The switch, imo, is their best shot at success. They're masters of the handheld market and they will have a super powerful handheld which is perfect! @edmix I agree with everything. @eonjay, Vita released a while before Wiiu and the gap is tiny. Switch makes Wiiu look like a waste of time, it will sell at least 50M+ if it takes over from 3ds as well. @pheonix up. The vita sales suck as well so I guess that's pathetic as well. 3ds stomped it, make an excuse for that. @ozzywozzy Sorry dad

The Wiiu has the most and best exclusives. Definitely WASNT one of its biggest problems. It had many problems but it's epic exclusives were not one.
Mario kart 8 is absolutely perfect except battle mode was done so wrong. There's rumours that they've fixed this issue for Mario kart 8.5 on switch
I play games on all platforms buddy. PSVR is too expensive and just Not that relevant yet. I prefer normal games as so do most people. PS4 is an excellent platform whether I'm a Nintendo fan or not, I honestly just don't think PSVR is gunna take off. Nintendo technicaly did it in 1995 lol
