Microsoft and its gaming division employees have been talking smack about the PS3 and Blu-Ray for months. They have been quite arrogant lately, when Sony does it people get up in arms about it, when Microsoft does it, it's just business.
I own all three systems and enjoy my PS3 and Xbox 360 equally, but I am tired of the double standards in the gaming community.
The only reason online games sales were up was because steam had a huge game sale where you could get games for $4.95 and 99 cents, when your practically giving away games, sales are going to be up.
I was in my local Best Buy shortly after christmas and noticed that there was a huge stack of Xbox 360 consoles consisting of the three scu's. I also noticed that the PS3 stack on the same isle was much smaller and I had been in the store before Christmas and both stacks were pretty much the same size.

What is the point in a stupid article like this. Trophy's and Achievements are the same type of thing. You either like them or you don't, they don't hinder a game, they only enhance the game if you are into collecting them.
Yes the PS3 was late getting trophy support going but when they did it didn't take long to release or patch a lot of games to support it. To me the leveling up with PS3 trophies is cooler than 360 achievements and gamer scores, just my opinion.

I don't know what the guy that wrote this is smoking but PSN has been getting more content per week than Xbox live for quite a while (what Xbox live gets in one week is not as much as PSN gets in one day a week).
I know people keep using the fact that PSN doesn't have that many PS1 games to download as a way to criticize PSN, but does that many people care other than Xbots.

Left 4 Dead is not that great and should not be a nominee for game of the year, it is a 8.5 game at best.
It doesn't matter what size HDTV you have there is a huge difference between Blu-Ray and Upscale DVD. I have a 26 inch HDTV and a 42 inch HDTV and Blu-Ray looks much better on both. Uscaling DVD does improve the Picture on HDTV's but not enough to really compete with Blu-Ray. Nothing beats a true high def (Blu-Ray) Picture.
Not trying to sound like a commercial but Blu-Ray is the best.

In the rest of Europe Blu-Ray sales are doing very well.
In The United States Blu-Ray Is doing very well with very large gains in sales of players and disk this year, doing better than dvd in its first couple of years on the market.
In Japan it is doing very well also, even better than in the United States.
So the sales of Blu-Ray are on track to eventually replace the DVD...
