The article seems kinda fanboyish since Xbox live is not mentioned. Because they are equally guilty of over charging for games.
The pricing has more to do with the publishers than the networks hey are sold on.
The article should be about over pricing of digital games.

I have never had to have any of My Sony or Nintendo things repaired, but I have had two Xbox 360's break, both were sent in for repair and both times I was sent referbished 360's.
A very manipulative person who is unhappy he failed at consoles (Fable)so he wants consoles to fail because he now is working on IOS games.
The Fable games are the most boring simplistic games I have ever tried to play (I tried several times to complete one)
You buy an Xbox 360 game which has multi player but you can't play the multi player game you payed for without paying Microsoft more money. Doesn't seem like good buisness to me. Absolutely no one else does this.

PSN Releases just as many games as Xbox live, Many are the same games that Xbox live release, PSN has many award winning exclusives that aren't timed exclusive and will never see the light of day on Xbox live. We have already seen many Xbox live exclusives eventualy make their way to PSN.
Eclusivity on Xbox live just means they have big bucks to pay for it and even then they can only get timed exc...

The sticker on the box says with activation, also there are two flyers inside that expalin everything very well. He has no case and I doupt he is going to sue Sony. He is just grandstanding and trying to get hits.
Even if he did not completley understand the sticker on the outsideof the box there is no excuse for not reading or understanding the well explained and detailed flyers inside the box.

This is not news, Gamestop does this with all games, they only order three or four copies more than what is on pre order except for really big games releases. They would rather buy and sell used games because they make more money that way.

All the screen captures are zoomed in to show a small portion of the the actual full screen. To see those small portions of the screen like they show them, you would have to be sitting very close to the screen while playing the game. I doubt if you were sitting at a normal distance from the screen that anyone would be able to see a real difference at all. No one plays games with there face five inches from the screen.
Also on there screen tearing comparisons they often deduc...
The only thing that sold the Xbox 360 was them adverting the hell out of Kinect being the next coming. Most of the people that bought into that were the same people that bought into the Wii. So,many of those people moved on from the Wii. Those people for the most part are not hardcore gamers. Also, for a lot of people, after the novelty wares off they don't mess with it much, Me being one of them.
So the Kinect is the biggest reason for the good sales, we all Know how nov...
Spending a lot of money on advertising doesn't make them King of Advertising.
Could be this is just one review and no one could judge from this one review(=opinion) alone weather the game is good or bad. Jim is not a very consistent reviewer anyway. Sometimes he just does things to get hits for the site.
Plus he seems a little narcissistic.
The game looked pretty good and the story was good as well but controls were kinda wonky, the frame rate was all over the place and the game was glitchy too. Totally unpolished game just like Heavenly Sword was.
I enjoyed both games but in both games the control mechanics needed more polish and the games needed to be optimized better.
Has everyone forgot that Microsoft have been giving 360's away for free with the purchase of a new PC for the past four months.
That and people buying the 4gig replacement 360.
If only developers could do something worthwhile on Kinect to back up there opinion.
Not a flop. That number is for U.K. games sales. The U.K. has fewer games to choose from and still haven't gotten some of the games the U.S. has. Plus the U.k. is kinda up Microsoft's but. Not saying that as a fanboy just telling the truth (I own all the game systems).
