PSN works pretty well for me and I have both Xbox Live and PSN.

Don't really want to see gears on PS4, it's no where near being a classic franchise other than it had some amazing graphics, that's all. It would be nice to see something really different from Gears Of War from Epic.

I just don't want to wave my hands to go through menus or talk to my TV (it's easier to and more practical to use a controller or remote)and they haven't come up with anything that makes a game any better with kinect. It is an impractical device for gaming or watching TV period. I will not be forced to buy it.
I did not buy it for my 360 and I will not buy an Xbox One partly because they made kinect a mandatory purchase.
Why in the world can't you use your Xbox One without it and why can't it be turned off when your not playing a game that does not use Kinnect or you don't want to use Kinnect.
It has to be connected and on whenever you use the Xbox One which when plugged in is on all the time.

Both of you are the exception not the rule as far as having all the games that have been made available. Besides the PS4 will be getting New games on PS+. Plus it has automatic updates and cloud saves and your not required to have plus to use any video services or apps. There are many on N4G that favor Sony Playstation that have said they don't like having to pay for online play on PS4, I've seen quite a bit of it. There are many that don't mind paying for online multti-player and never had a problem with people paying for it on Xbox 360.

Why if you waited til mow to buy a console would you want to buy this gen of tech when next gen is 5 months away and at the same time being told you can't use or buy the latest tech because don't have access to the internet which you shouldn't need for the majority of single player games.
