true i say late october. early november. around GTAIV. both consoles will drop prices. MS can wait till they and even if Sony drops theirs first, MS only has too drop 100. they will break even, While Sony will lose more per unit sold. While people will be tempted to pick up the 360 after halo3 after the solid games from the summer and GTAIV is out. and still significantly cheaper than ps3
Sony needs to drop their price first, otherwise its just reactionary. Droping their price after MS, wont really help them at all. But as it stands, They are still losing money at the current price how much can they afford to drop it, and convince investors that once. the games come out. the price drop will pay off..
actually including those factors. it makes me look like a super ubernerd. especially, since i failed at being funny at it.

Right now I have a Wii and a 360. and the only thing stopping me from the ps3 is price. cause if nothing else i would use the thing to watch movies.

playing it now. the controls take a minute to get use to. but it makes sense, due to the reliance on minions... maybe a tweak here and there.
great game. for a new developer and new ip. i think it delivered what it was suppose to. i cant wait to see what the sequal will bring

I still own my orignal 360. no red rings of death no scratching. one game was unreadable my republic commando, but that has been handled quite alot. i used disc doctor, now it works fine? moving a console while its trying to read a disc? have someone of you not heard of common sense.
funny how MS is blamed for alot of things. but I dont recall Sony getting all this heat, when the ps2 broke, cause everyone was using it to watch dvds.Sony just ignored the problem. Now people love em.
the way i see it 199 for core 249 for premium, and 349? for elite? ( which i highyl doubt, that a huge drop off. a new console. MS would keep the Core around just to get under the Wii pricing. and Sony isnt gonna be dropping prices anytime soon. a 50 drop-off around xmas time. maybe 100? but where are the games to support the bigger loss on the console. and really what is HOME? has anyone tried it, has it launched yet? or just what people read at know about from shows?

with the logic of this statement odin. kotor has never been on the 360 either. so it should be going to ps3.
Too big, thats exaclty what i thought about GTA. too big. too hard to stay on tract. at least, with oblivion there was a lot more hidden mini quests, i could put obilivion away for a month or two. pick it up right where i left off and be hooked for a month.
but GTA once i put it down, i never felt the urge to pick it up again.
I've been following bioware since Baldurs Gate. one of the greatest pc games. I dont play alot of PC games but Baludrs Gate and Deus Ex. are the two of the Greatest. Everytime Bioware is about to drop a new title, especialy a new IP. Its pretty much gauranteed quality.
yeah i cant wait.. mounted fighting was the only thing, i really could of used in oblivion. but like a previous poster said. more time to develop and see what works and what doesnt.
