thats what i am afraid of. the only time, a company, movies and game company, doesnt want an early review, is to stop word of mouth. So the game probably isnt as hot as it was talked about. yet they dont want to lose out on public moeny, releasing it the same week as Bioshock, after the reviews.
Hopefully its good, I am predicting between 6.5-8 reviews.

Like I tell my family about movie reviewers. They dumb it down for the masses. So more people can have an idea. But not too judge on what the reviewer said. For instance my, parents went to go see bridge of Terabitha, cause it got two thumbs up. they hated it, and i laught at em.
But the reviewers for anything review for the masses, and try to get the most information out, for the general public.

look at how many games on this site, gets torn apart, or declared garbage and useless, because there is no Multi-player. As if Multi-player, is first and foremost above everything.
If someone really wants a multiplayer game so bad, go outside and play b-ball.
his point being if super mario galaxy or the next zelda got less than a nine, it would be viewed as a dissapointment, a negative review.
Now Lair isnt on the same level as mario, metroid, zelda, or MGS. but they hyped the hell out of it and it is coming from FACTOR 5? no? they do know something about flying games yes?

Why is Multi-player, mandatory?
Oh, its not.
If a game, needs Multi-player to succeed, and be considered a good game. I am definatly not interested in it. Story, Graphics, Controls, That Is what I am interested in. If the story flows better as a single player game. I am all for it. If it has a visual style, I am all for it. If the control isnt horrendous, all the better.
If I want Multi-player, i will call some friends over, open some beers and chips. And play 2/3/4 playe...

i have a regular SD normal tv. I just played the game for 3 hours. I never saw anything like that.
