Yeah, I hope it's some extensive footage. I'm thinking there will also be a big blowout for it at E3 this year.
The game doesn't need multiplayer, but it being absent means Ready at Dawn has more to prove. They'll need to define what a cinematic single player experience on PS4 can deliver.
It's astounding the amount of people they've brought in from prominent developers in the past 14 months or so.
Because the developer said an Xbox One/PS4 console release would be a ways off due to either service not offering "early access" publishing. Adam Boyes of SCEA reminded us that PlayStation DOES allow beta releases, Xbox doesn't.
That means Facepunch can release unfinished code on PS4 and not on Xbox One. Meaning it's more likely that a PS4 release of the game would happen before Xbox One.
The people in developer relations at PlayStation are beasts. Shahid Ahmad and Adam Boyes are dedicated to getting devs on PlayStation platforms, and they're being given more leeway to do so.
Well, Facepunch has said they are PC first, no matter what.
If SOE is able to supplement the output of SCE WWS and the typical third party support PS4 sees, it could mean a constant stream of content for PS4.
I think that was my first "nope" moment in the game.
I think they've finally settled on the bundle details etc. Now they'll market it quite a bit. Shooters don't have a great track record on Vita prior to Killzone: Mercenary, but this is a straight port. Thinking that there won't be tons of Vita-specific functionality, so there isn't much new to show.
It's so nice, I may buy it twice.
Rainbow Six Patriots has gone through five creative directors and is in development hell. Far Cry 4, The Division, and new Assassin's Creed are likely.
It's becoming less likely, but it would be cool if it did.
Unless it's Clay Guida
That's about as close as it gets to being a full copy. It MAY be the reason he's pulling it from distribution.
Not sure, we've followed up with the devs via email and Twitter, to see if this advert is printed correctly. They haven't responded yet.
It's possible, Respawn didn't spell it out to a T, they haven't been very direct about it thus far.
I absolutely loved Octodad when I played in on PS4. Can't wait for dem Young Horses to get it on the retail side.
Between PS4 and Xbox One, there should be plenty of high-caliber reveals for E3. I can't wait.
It's the reason most people love the beginning of a new console cycle as well. Publishers are actually willing to chances on new IP.
It seems pretty central to their studio culture. It's a good thing they have stayed independent, because a pub would have probably throttled their heavily adult themes. The Witcher is about as close as you get to playing a proper Game of Thrones video game. The moral grey areas, adult themes, and focus on real choices and their consequences.
