Ironic, I tohught that by definition a 7/10 game can't be "great", but rather "good" or "above average" . I always had the mentality that 8 is "very good" and 9 is really only worthy of "great". Then 10 is "excellent" or "amazing"

Well, that was one of the worst-written previews I've ever read. The descriptions the author gives are so remarkably vague... It could have, honestly been a preview for any FPS..
I hope there are going to be some more informative previews about this demo soon!

Wow, this is shaping up to be a quality, mature-oriented title. Can't wait, though I don't see myself buying it, more likely renting it for a week or two, as I can't see myself doing much if there is no Multiplayer.
P.S - Wow, if you scroll to the bottom of the article, and you see the picture slidshow at the bottom, take a look at the second pic with the 3 cars, it all looks so brilliant, like a living, breathing world!
God, the critics are lapping up Homefront, I was expecting a load of 7's, but praying I was wrong. Hell, there might be a God after all! Definitely giving this a rent next week, just to try it out. If all goes good on SP, I'll buy it for that MP sweetness!

That's the way mine is - it seems to have unlimited appeal to young teens, which inevitably wears off .
Hopefully the addition of a fee to pay will bury CoD for good. No-one is that stupid.... Then again, the CoD fanbase knows no bounds...
The fact Burnout:Crash is getting a full NGP release makes me think it will be a proper retail game for the Xbox 360/PS3 also, ie, a sequel to Paradise, and not some little spin-off. Very interested to see what it is.
