Coming from someone who holds GoW 1 as one of their favourite games, and found GoW 2.... Pretty good, I found the GoW 3 beta to be very disappointing. It's far too much like GoW 2! Anyone else found that?
I dont get why people buy stuff for their avatar anyway: paying real money for cyber-clothing? And even at that, you only really see your avatar at the dashboard. I'm not criticizing people though... Just opinion!

A recent addition is: True Crime: Hong Kong. Especially disappointing given that the devs have even said it was pretty much "at completion"

I've been playing it, and the shotgun is about right, but still, has a very high damage output up close. But then again, it's a shotty! Love the new roadie run, too!

I thought rage was like an open-world game, like Fallout but with a more GTA-ish elements? They both take 25+ hours to complete. 15 hours is more of a long "linear" FPS length

Wow i turned on my ps2 to try Burnout 2 and 3.... Gotta say, i actually much prefer it without Paradise's free roaming crap. Actually, Burnout 2 might be my favorite game of all time.... So many memories from its awesome split screen!!!
Go to the criterion blog and look at the mentioned "havent seen this in a while" post. Look at that video. I friggin jizzed. You should watch it, too - it'll rekindle your love for the best arcade racer ever... Burnout 2: Point of Impact. Its obvious now, Criterion are remaking Burnout 2 with more cars, tracks, online features, HD graphics and kickass car physics, hence the new games subtitle. Can. Not. WAIT!!!
