Edit: The author stated that "The main game itself would take most players at least 40 hours to complete", is that even possible? My first playthrough of persona 3 took me 100 hours to complete, and I neglected to do some optional boss fights.
OR...he could be using reverse-psychology on us, making it so that he is still hiding the secret effect of the pendant and thus keeping people from asking anymore questions about said pendant. Jeez my brain hurts
I doubt it. When they originally reviewed it back in '08 they gave it a 9. I'd expect a review score from around 8.0-10.

Had this sucker preordered since they first announced it back in June I think? Anyway at that time I had beaten persona 3 (my first ever) and it was the most engrossing jrpg I have ever played...I don't even know why I got into the game but I do not regret it one bit. My first playthrough clocked in at 101 hours! I recommend the persona series to any jrpg fan, do yourself a favor and play 3 and then 4 if you're getting tired of final fantasy or any other jrpg.
It's sad that we live in a world where only 9-10's are acceptable and worthy of a purchase, and 7-8's are good but not great. What has happened to our generation of gamers?
Some people actually use these comparisons to base their purchase on which version of the game they should buy. I find it a little silly to be honest. "OMG the shadows on the Xbox look nicer...I MUST OWN IT OVER THE PS3 VERSION!!!"
Wait until Persona 4 Golden comes out. It'll be a stellar game

I wouldn't be surprised if GTAV came out in May. I'm pretty sure for the past three years there has been a rockstar published game out in may. Red Dead, Max Payne, and LA Noire come to my mind. Well anyways I'm super excited!

Persona 4 here I come!
My most anticipated game of the year! Persona 3 on psp was such a beautiful game with an equally beautiful soundtrack...once I beat it (100 hours later) I wanted to play persona 4 but I had sold my ps2 years ago. Imagine how pumped I was when atlus announced p4 on the vita! I bought the vita just for Persona 4 and November 20th has to get here fast!!
I know, I already got a level 33 bee but I at least want it level 50 today since I'm afraid gearbox will nerf it soon. I'm a veteran when it comes to farming, but I can't play as often as I'd like since well I'm a college student.
If any one has a bee shield level 50 and conference call level 50 who can give a copy of them to me please add me on psn, it's the same as my N4G username!
Although this game got a 9 from opm magazine, I'm still taking a "wait and see" approach for the game. I don't want capcom to screw me over with their dlc.
