I don't see it reaching anything near PS3 or 360 quality graphics.
dont get me wrong, the tech demo looked great and i can see loads of very well done textures etc, but PS3 and x360 can happily do this in HD 1080p 60fps and they only have to use a small percent of the consoles power.
this technology must make the Wii run at pretty much 100% to produce it, so i agree with some other comments, i'd like to see their game running smoothly in realtime, in that same quality be...

I know ICO and Shadow of the Colossus were AWESOME games, and i'm a fan of them. but what is all the hype about this picture? it doesn't actually show anything.
i'm looking forward to seeing how team ICO use the PS3's graphics. since they were able to really push the limits of the PS2's Power.
Shadow of the Colossus looked almost NextGen. Imagine what Shadow2 or Ico3 would look like.

there's no difference! apart from a very slightly more clean picture on the PS3.

the Eye has already been out for sometime now, in the UK at least, although you have to buy it along with that card game thing, but it's out, and i've used it.

by the way PS EYE is an excellent little piece of kit, even using only the glow from the tv in a dark room and it picks up everything really clear, i was really impressed.
Thats why those scenes look so excellent, especially the Pit area scenes, he said they use dynamic lighting, at very high render.
Raytracing at 1080p 60fps is a pretty heavy thing for a computer to acheive in realtime.
I do Rendering at work and my machine takes a long time to render just one frame in 1080p, and the quality still isnt as crisp as the GT5 Prologue shots, and the PS3 is rendering 60 of these a second! Mental.

in Shadow of Colossus you can also jump and hang off the legs of the birds and fly about with them for a while.
It just goes to show how one guy on his own can make hardware far better than Microsoft.
oh, also remember that Microsoft dropped support for the old xbox only months after the 360 launched, so when you give them a call, you might need to explain to them what the 'original xbox' was, since they may have tried to blank that poor effort from their minds.

where does it mention anything about cancelling it? just because Wikipedia decides not to give a definate date (since noone has one) it doesn't mean home beta is suddenly cancelled.

Thats cool if you chose the xbox360. But both consoles have good games out and have a good line up of games to look forward to in the next few months.
all that matters is that you buy the console that has the games you are interested in most.

I love how this company has wasted all their time in trying to squeeze good graphics from the Wii.
If they would have put these same efforts into the PS3 or X360 imagine what they could have produced.
