Use you imagination, why cant you just use the 360 controller and use Kinect for grenades. You could use Kinect so you can peep around corners or even some voice commands. Push the bad guys off you.
It could be used so you can open doors reach out and grab things. Change guns. You could even use Kinect to train your guy up, mini fitness...
The hardcore games will come. This is just the start.
Microsoft dont want to put off the casuals with hardcore 1st person shooters until its been out a year and everyone knows about it

The Kinect bundle is aimed at the very casual casuals. Mum and dads ppl who dont ever play videogames.
No one complained about the Wiis lack of storage.
Kinect buyers are not going to play video games for the very 1st time and 2 days later want to download GTA Gears 1 & 2 and Halo.!!!
If they become big gamers a year later its not as if they cant buy a bigger drive.

They have been saying that from the beginning.
It was suppose to pass the 360 the very 1st month.
Sony dropped the PS3s price before it even came out.
Then it was wait till ( Add a few 1st Party games here about 6 or 7 times)
Then it was wait till HOME comes out.
Then it was GAME OVER for the 360 when the PS3 dropped in price, thats happened a few times too.
Then we had, now its definetly GAME OVER when the PS3 slim came out with yet anoth...
I dont think its going to sell very well. The Move and Kinect are both aimed at the casuals, not N4G readers or Gamers who know about how much more accurate the Move is over the Wii.
Kinect may well be laggy but its the NO controller required is whats going to attract the buying public.
The Move is just the Wii all over again in their eyes.
Casuals who have bought the Wii are not going to be trading them in to buy a PS3 and the move, to them its just way to similar....
Microsoft aint stupid. Hardcore games for Kinect wont happen till 2011. They will be concentrating on Casual games this year when Kinect gets released.
They just want to get at the casuals with, NO CONTROLLER REQUIRED!!!
There will be plenty of original 360 controller games with kinect next year.
They just dont want to confuse their market with the casuals.

Bargain if I can find a place that have them in stock.

How much will Kinect boost 360 sales. Im already suprised by how many casuals I know are getting it without it being advertised yet.
I also wonder if Microsoft are not releasing an Arcade till Kinect comes out so there will be an Arcade and conect bundle for the casuals.

I wouldnt say its a killer App but I was shocked by how good it tracked the players. Yes there was 1 or 2 slight glitches but I am well impressed.
I have probably been on here too much and the haters have took hold as I really expected terrible lag..

Kinect is starting to look better and better. A few things I didnt know which sounds good. All the negative stuff written about it on here will make even a die hard Microsoft fan think twice about buying it.
I suppose its trying it out for yourself that counts and thats exactly what Im going to be doing.

Thats for sure. Sony will be going the way of the Gamecube to Wii with a few extra ideas.
They lost way to much on the PS3 they wont make that mistake again. They wont allow it or their shareholders wont.
Nintendo is basically still selling the Gamecube but with motion controls for a premium price.
Oh and expect PS4 to have $50 a year online from day 1 exactly like Microsoft.
Why not pose that to the developers right now?
