Well, the Xbox1 controller was really crap. It was fat and the analogue joysticks were far apart from each other.
And, people just think that they kept the same thing for 360.
They improved the controller A LOT for 360. They replaced those stupid white and black buttons with the Right and Left Buttons above the triggers. And the analogue sticks are lower (as in not as tall due to the Xbox1 version being really tall and big). They are also nearer (as in NOT making you...

Personally, I have both consoles and I am getting the 360 version because I am interested in this DLC sh1t that MS easily spent 10 million on.

I think Bioshock 2 has about 40% chance of coming to PS3.
Microsoft has a reputation of paying big bucks to comapanies to keep their biggest AAA titles in their shelves. And since BioShock is one of 360's biggest game, I can see MS taking out their wallet on Take-Two.
