Totally agree.. electricity is a necessity these days. To try and compare this situation to a utility is just silly. Lol I find it amazing how people survived all those centuries without electricity and our society would utterly fall apart without it.

From all that I hear this is more unforgiving than Demon's Souls was. I never finished Demons but did have tons of fun with it. I will get this eventually but not now, probably a year from now when I wont mind shelling out money for something I most likely wont have the patience or skill to finish.

If its 1 disk for single player and the other for MP then its no biggie. But if you have to start swapping disks around just to get to different maps then thats a huge problem. With the storage capacities out their today it's becoming inexcusable to have multiple discs. Im sure the next XBOX will not have this problem but I can see why people would be annoyed.
That's going to be my only complaint of the console version. I'm limited to 24 man battles. I so want to play a 32 v 32 battleground.

This is my first experience with the Resistance Universe and think the game is quite excellent. MP is a ton of fun, although it does take way too many bullets to kill someone. However Im just using this game to bone up on my fps skills and get ready for BF3, in which case this place will start collecting dust on my shelf.
We, the gamers are the winners, when it comes to direct competition. BF3 does look to be the better product, and if that proves to be the case and they make a dent in MW3 sales, then be assured Activision will come back with an improved product to compete. Thats the beauty of the free market, competition breeds a better product.
