This would have been very easy for someone to just make. All the pictures of the characters look like they were pics that were cut from google images. Plus the only character that hasn't been announced already or isn't a returning character is Chrom. Would have been very easy for someone to fake. IMO this probably isn't the official character select screen. Though I guess it could be the starting characters with others having to be unlocked.
The majority of people will watch Nintendo's E3 conference the exact same way no matter if they have A huge press conference or just a Direct. That's because most people will watch an online stream. That being said I think Nintendo should have a big press conference just because so many people are pushing them to do so. Also it may get them a few extra viewers by having a large press conference. Either way I'll enjoy seeing what Nintendo brings to E3
Too many awesome games! Have to find a way to get more money because my wallet is empty. I will be buying almost every game on this list if I can get the money. These and any games announced at E3 that will be released this year. It is a great year to own a Wii U!
Means other games will be out to tide everyone over. Mario kart, Bayo 2, Hyrule Warriors ( probably), etc. And I bet we will see a game at E3 that will release in the Fall

This is the stupidest petition. I for one will enjoy playimg both of the online modes. If people want to play Smash no items only Final Destination why not let them. Sakurai made the right choice to cater to both types of Smash fans
This game has me very interested. I will probably end up buying this day one. Add it to the list of other games I'll be pre-ordering for my Wii U. I need to find a way to get more money in my wallet, too many great games come out this year.

The article is wrong about the 1v1. For Glory makes 1v1 possible online but it doesn't happen every time.

Another Fire Emblem character will be in the game. Just have to see which one. I would love to see one of those LoZ bad guys in Smash. It is likely we will see one or both of them. It is likely Pit will be joined with someone else from his game since his final smash is different. Ridley is not going to happen though! Sorry guus but it is highly unlikely. He will be be a stage hazard and that will be it
I think custom movesets were mentioned before. Not certain and maybe it was just something I read that someone was speculating we might get custom movesets, but I have for sure heard of this before the direct. Anyone else remember hearing about before?

Everything about this game looks amazing! The new items look amazing to use, the stages looks awesome (fighting other players and bosses at the same time), CUSTOM MOVESETS!!!! The only thing I don't like is that I have to wait till Winter to play it...
...Smash has always been on a home console. And the superior version will always be on a home console. Smash was created to be on a home console. So your information is backwards, the 3DS is lucky to get Smash.

I hope that the Wii U version gets an exclusive game mode too, it wouldn't really make sense for the 3DS have this and the Wii U just have multiplayer.
Nintendo listens to their fans and give them what they want! I am all for this because sometimes I want to just joke around for fun and other times I want to play competitive to test my skill. This way I can do both online against people, and this time we will actually know whom we are fighting against!
