incompetence probably they lost a lot of data from the game sometime ago ( maybe hurricane sandy killed their hard drives ) and to keep up the schedule they barely improved over a very early version of the game after that.

classic j-rpg worthy stuff its not just gameplay and story there´s meaning even in the little things unlike many modern rpg´s.
Its open world game folks just like far cry 3 that gets me excited for it.
authenticity is the better word to describe it not realism.
I still play the original occasionally its a fun time.
