I just want to make clear that the views presented by our mods in the news comments are those of the individual moderators and do not necessarily represent the views of N4G as an organization.
We are well aware of the many problems that both members and bloggers bring up about N4G, and that we do listen to feedback. Lots of work has been done behind the scenes over the last 12 months to improve N4G, improvements which we plan to roll out very soon.

You do not need to have contributor status to submit content on this site, so all members can add content.
N4G is interactive, GameNews24 is not, so there is room for both :)
This site is not designed to compete with N4G, it designed to be used in a different way, and for our members to more easily find good stories to post on N4G.
I see there are some confusion what this means. That Future has made an equity investment in N4G does not mean that Future has bought N4G. I see some sites are reporting that, but that is not accurate. Future has made an investment into N4G Network AS, which means they beleive in the site/network and want to invest in its Future...no pun intended.

There seems to be small problem with setting the default comment Zone. Even though you choose the Gamer Zone as default, the Open Zone will still sometimes show up first. We have found the problem and it should be fixed shortly.

Glad to see that most of you like the new N4G. Due to the problems we were facing while the site was down we did not have time to import over all the old user data. We hope to get most of it over shortly though. We also had to temporarily turn off the site search and duplicate story search, as it was crashing the site. We hope to also have these site features up and running again soon.
