Season Pass = Stuff we didn't get finished due to deadlines .. so you can pay for it.
Season Passes are becoming the norm as is the need to sell DLC .. Call me old fashioned but what happened to a game being complete and there being no need to purchase anything extra than a expansion ..
I think errors always end up solved in some way for PC gamers ..especially those just starting out and you learn from them and solving errors comes as a second nature.
I agree with jizzinmy pants though haha .. sometimes you will move from playing a FPS on the PC to the console and cant aim for your life..
Must admit I love the smoothness of some games on the PC when your hitting the sweet spot in actual Frames per second compared to some of the console coun...
I think PC gaming is easier now as GFX cards are not as expensive as they used to be. I bought a 8800 GTS (640mb) for £40 and its played everything I have thrown at it albeit it not having full on AA and all that carry on but still looking better than there console counterparts...
I think its safe to say having a an amazing GFX card isn't a must now as it used to be years ago but if your competent enough with Computers getting games running isn't really an issue ...
They could capitalize on a possible Christmas rush by pricing it a little cheaper...
I wont buy it at the price its at.. mainly due to it being very close to Christmas and a family and all that bollox..
It does interest me to see how it works and what you get straight out the box. Although the lack of Games footage and advertising seems a little lacking for a console about to be released soon...
If they could get the feel of COD 4 back .. were you do rely on accuracy and not so much on Killstreaks and Deathstreaks .. it may well be enough.
The main problem with COD for me is the "sticky" aim.. its ridiculous sometimes. Get that toned down and make sure the net-codes good and we get a level playing field.. in a sense.
There will be subtle improvements among-st other things but will buy it regardless as they are enjoyable but no doubt it will be a cycle of rinse and repeat for the the foreseeable future...
I agree.. I was seriously disappointed with MW3 and Black Ops .. no doubt I will with this .
Its the whole COD syndrome though .. you want to hate it and probably do but want to play it regardless .
Had a naughty kick but by far one of the better guns in the series .. absolute animal at times.
Had some of the best games with the TAR.. iron sights were great too.
But in all fairness Shenmue 3 just isn't going to happen... yet.
Sega need to seriously release something actually worth playing as some of us are now a little old to be playing Sonic rehashes nowadays.
If this the end game product.. There will be a lot of unhappy people come November.
I don't think many people will feel angry/sad if it does get leaked as many people want COD to fail bigtime..
Be it due to DLC pricing and bugs and glitches that take a while to be fixed as well as other issues...
I'm a fan of COD but in small doses.. I buy each new installment then get bored with it in a few weeks.. rinse repeat each year.
I loved Shenmue 1 and 2 in regards to locations. .. I know there old but at the time it was amazing and not much came close.
Hopefully some other Game company may pick up the license.
Be a shame to see it just be a one off.. I can only hope .. much like waiting for Shenmue 3...
Its a great game.. kind of like Fable but done better.
Well if it isn't broke...
More to the point , Nintendo need to release some Games ..regularly.
Building and programming Netcode that works this time as lets face it Multiplayer will be scrutinized in Crysis 3 and if anything that annoyed me about Crysis 2 was the fact that online was dire and could have been much better had things worked properly.
Not sure what the fascination is with the Halo series now but out of all of them I would/will most likely get Borderlands 2...
Borderlands 1 could have been so much more but hopefully they have took all the feedback and done good with it...
The one thing the 360 version will have over the PC version is the Menu system will be better on console as the PCs version wasn't all that great.
Its a pity they didn't re-work The Witcher 1 for the console as that was great as well but I guess in fairness The Witcher 2 is leaps and bounds technically and the story telling is much better than 1 in my opinion.
Busy playing it on PC but putting it off and going to trawl through The Witcher 1.
The game should do well (hopefully) after the bad taste left by Mass Effect 3 ...
That is the the thing with the Gaming Industry nowadays .. Innovation, there is none.
Too many Games are getting rushed out the door to meet deadlines so then things get cut or sold on through as DLC. And so many people buy it up it paves the way for everyone else..
If anything that has rattled me this year its DICE and EA doing the "Premium" carry on with Battlefield 3.. yes the games great but following in CODs footsteps..I never seen that coming....
