Because most people seem to think it's harder and more costly than it actually is. And seem to be stuck in the mindset that it has to be at a desk etc.
Pc gaming is so simple and easy now days and reasonably cheap, games are alot cheaper and you get very good support from developers.
Problem is people have this old image in there head about pc gaming and don't realise its very different now days
MS wouldn't be able to do that would severely damage the console division and developers would hate it

Story's great gameplay is a bit easy the second is alot better but I'm also a fan of the first
Bethesda are only a shadow of there former self in terms of quality games now days.
I quit skyrim after about 30 hours I just found it dull. Far better rpgs out there.
There's plenty of alternatives, like drinking bleach. Far better and guaranteed to make you burn up inside.

Tbh it had a great launch but that was a week ago and alot of my friends and I are bored of the game and have gone back to DOTA2 And LOL. It's a good game but doesn't have much long term sustainability especially since I'm bored of an mmo a week after launch. First time for everything I guess

Well my 5 year old can play games on a pc just as easily a console. So maybe your 12 year old brother is lacking a bit in mentality.

Tried it played it canceled pre order the game was OK not terrible not fantastic nothing overly new no real incentives in the game I see people burning out end game at a reasonable speed. 9/10 mmo's get launched and everyone bangs on about them, those same people 1-2 months later than stag it off..
Felt very similar to gw1 and realistically its ncsoft so there tossers anyway.
This is the type of game you will probably see heavily discounted as a loss leader in supermarkets, so I'll keep an eye out there
