They were catching up...until last year, when Xbox outsold PoS worldwide. The same will happen this year, also. In fact last year they came from behind in the last two months to do it. This year tehy'll already have the lead, plus the holidays. Sorry, there is no catching up this gen. But this gen is already done, if you ask the Sonyers now...

Three years ago it was, This is the year we catch up! Then 2 years ago same thing! Last year, no doubt about, we are catching the 360! Then the trend switched and now all the sad Sony fans have changed their tune. Oh, it doesn't matter what place PS3 is in.
