Well KZ 2 is made with in house engine plus Playstation Edge toolset which is available to all developers. But I highly doubt they will make multiplatform games like that, because they want to keep both games looking the "SAME" on both platform.
Yeah, because i truly believe if third party do not utilize the hardware to full, sooner or later, i think people can just look at a game and tell if it's first or third party with no knowledge of game development (which 90% of the gaming populations do not). Actually i think you can already tell IMO. Third party will get obsolete in terms of graphics, they better hope that their game play will hold up.
Will they just keep on making games that looks identical on both system, which will end up start to look more and more mediocre. I mean if u look at GTA4, i know it's sandbox, but the graphic looks PS2 on big screen. Will they keep on just doing that to make it look identical on both systems, or will they make the same leaps and bounds the first party studios are now making.

the PS3 and Wii margin is even at this price discrepancy, it will be interesting to see if the PS3 can overtake Wii sales in Japan with 100 dollar price cut. In America, I don't think it can, but seeing Japan, it may.
before they merge, Sony owned a significant part of SE's stock, like 30% ish or so. And they have bailed them a few times acutally. But this generation, their relationship..i think they will be more likily to ask MSFT for bailing.

but it's only about 1 trophy per game, and it's not "beat the game" type of trophy. Some of the trophy is just completing like 2nd stage of a game.

the major problem i have; i am not sure if u guys have is that when i try to enter a random level, sometimes it takes really long and there is no indicator or progress loading bar, so u r just waiting and waiting and sometimes u press cancel and go in again then it's...all of a sudden fast.
