I'd rather see a Chrono trigger, Parasite eve, Xenogears or FFVI remake over this. But I'm not saying I won't buy it "if" they make it.

I'm tired of all these DMC clones. Sega could have spent there time and money making Shenmue 3 or for there sake, a good sonic game. Played the demo, good game but nothing knew.
In this gaming world, when parents cant find gold, they will always settle for bronze.
You look at the latter, and all you see are games that build apon, if not copy, these quality games. Not saying games today are crap. But I have yet to see something that screams, "Hey, this is something you don't see every day".
But no surprise, Nintendo is notorious for doing this kinda of thing.
If I was SE, I wouldn't give a damn how many mario's or zelda's sold. Out of all there next gen titles, one finally sells absolutely well.
With no clipping, lag, slowdown or mudded textures. Then we have reached it. Until then, I'll enjoy what we have now. I always said to myself, "When I see a console run a Football game where, the fans in the stands, the players on the sideline all have the same detail as the players on the field. Not by cut scenes with touchdowns, but in real time. And all having individual ai", then I would say "we reached it".
This all happened around the time our economy went to pot. It's just back to the slow climb of normal. It's not like the Atari days when it just dropped off the map.
competitions between companies breeds great games. And these two have made some great ones. If they were together, the only competition would be Nintendo. And in my "opinion", the Wii is not a next-gen console. Just a Gamecube with motion controls.
That crysis/back to the future mod would make a perfect game.

I agree with you on L4D2. A modder could have made better, and probably have on the pc version of L4D.
All playstation games will soon been downloadable on psn anyways. I can take it or leave it.
