No 60 fps on gta 5 or Witcher 3, the cpu still isn't strong enough. Hopefully better AA and draw distance though

It has more bandwidth on the Pro and 512MB more is available for developers.
I think it is because they have prioritised resolution and graphics, so that there isn\t adequate overhead for 60 fps.
