Better gameplay (more responsive movement and flow with attack animations, make attacks actually stagger enemies before super armor kicks in, royal arms ability to airstep, etc.). Switch characters out for the side characters (I want Iris back ;_:). More interesting side quests and cohesive story (frog hunting is boring af). And for god sakes fix that god awful camera and targeting.
In cases like these, I have to wonder if the "victim" already knows about this feature but just (for some bizarre reason) wont acknowledge that a solution to their problem has already been implemented long ago.
The way in which a painter targets a demographic is different then the way game designers target a demographic though. Artists dont look for whats most popular among a large demographic. When they paint its from their own personal expression of something. They arent trying to aim it at the preferences of a large number of people. Not just a tiny minority of rich enthusiasts. Thats why the paintings always go for massive amounts of money instead of $60.

I dunno what it was about this game. It was either the story or characters that I thought were really weak and dry. Gameplay is good but for an IP that touts its story as a strong point it felt like the least interesting part of the game.
