And a slight edit on my previous post. Its the Remote Play app that needs Android 10 to connect Dualshock 4 to it. I can connect a DS4 controller to my phone itself just fine. But the app requires Android 10 to be able to use a DS4 controller instead of the onscreen virtual buttons.

Figured this would make a nice feature to play inbetween classes on campus but phone needs Android 10 to connect a controller to it. Just discovered my phone will not be receiving the android 10 update. And since there is no way in hell I am going to try and play a game like Nioh with a touch screen ps4 controller this feature has now become utterly useless to me.
True but google just has way more of my info than any console and I dont like the idea of sharing every damned thing I do with it. It already knows my name and where I live by use of me using gps and thats two bits of info I never like sharing online unless its for a job or something. It just feels too invasive nowadays.

I play male characters but I do NOT self insert. I play male because its my gender and I can just enjoy the story of a game better that way. I like playing as a badass looking character (boarderline villainous even). But If I don't care about the story then I'd just play female for fanservice reasons.

Play the demo for Nioh 2. They've got more enemies and the level environments change as you go through a mission. Its pretty awesome in its own right.

I get what your saying but by having a defined personality would risk some people not liking the type of character. Sometimes that makes or breaks the game for some people and devs wouldn't want to risk it. Im not saying I agree with it. Hell one of my favorite characters are Haseo from .hack//G.U. and hes not a silent protag. I like his personality and think hes pretty cool but others don't. Thats why some devs avoid it.
