You honestly need to get a life if buying a console is a life changing decision.

Sony fanboys probably just made up the whole thing to defend sony because sony cant figure out how to do a thing that microsoft did 5 years ago. I mean come on, just use common sense. Why would EA block cross game chat on ps3 but not 360?
With the recent expansions of Bungie, the developer of halo. And with them going independent from microsoft. What would sony's best option be to convert some of the 360 owners, and get them to buy a ps3. All i know is that halo has a huge fanbase, and it would be a good way to get more people to buy a ps3. And me being a huge halo fan, if i already didnt own a ps3 then i would definitely buy one just to get the next bungie game.
Square even making deals with Activision is never good for us, the gamers of the world. Well i guess its time for the japanese to boycott MW2.
Did you even read the artice that has both EA and sony denying that EA was even involved in it. The fact is that EA had no part in the lack on cross-game chat. When in reality it is really just that sony probably hasn't found a good way yet to properly do cross game chat.
Does anybody realize what i just realized. What if microsoft didn't put wifi into the 360 for this sole purpose. That would kind of be funny if that was the reason.

but i bought mine for a different reason though. i got my ps3 so i could play MGS4 and have a blu-ray player and i dont intend on buying god of war 3.
well i am pretty good at most FPS games. i mostly played on 360 though. So i am really just above average at halo but amazing at counterstike source. This really doesnt say anything but i ended up buying a ps3 on the killzone 2 release and i made it to be number 10 on the leaderboards for the majority of the first month that the game was out. i dont know if im just naturally good at some games but i felt that FPS players on psn were worse than players on live and pc. It was just an observatio...
i do think that gears 2 had a way better campaign but i find myself going back and playing gears 1 for multiplayer. I dont know what it is about gears 2 but i just hate the multiplayer. I can never get into it and they have really dulled it down. For example, i can not wall bounce effectively in gears 2 because you cannot shoot the shotgun while sliding into cover. That was one of the big turn down for me. I just love how gears 1 feels and the fact that you cannot plant nades on walls.
psn will be better than live when i can actually hear all of my friends in a game. Its a fact that live is just a lot better in terms of reliability and features. killzone 2 is almost not fun to play when i had to wait 30 minutes for the servers to actually get me on them.
Did anybody watch e3 and see that they infact did not need the jumpsuits to use Natal. Are you just complaining because natal is on the xbox and the ps3 gets a wii wand disguised as a dlldo? I would bet big money that if sony had natal and microsoft had the wii copy, then it would be vise versa on this and you would be saying how great and fun natal looks. I laughed at the that said halo sucked because you could not scope and run. Obviously he is just a ps3 fanboy wanting to make halo look bad in any way possible. I can easily say as a owner of all consoles that halo has to be the best series at least in my opinion, FF following at number 2, and elder scrolls at 3. i have probably logged over 1000 hours into the halo series and im still having fun. i still go back to play halo ce with my friends and have lan parties every other week.

i would upgrade but i don't think i want to waste money on the touch screen gimmick. I already have an ipod touch so im over the whole touch screen phase. One think that would have made it a day 1 purchase would be if they added a second thumbstick. Since they didn't add it, i see no reason in upgrading.
So let me get this straight. Before ps3 owners knew that it was coming to the ps3 they said "oh what ever, 360 owners now get a bad MGS spinoff" and now you are bragging that it is not exclusive. I guess ps3 owners now get a bad spinoff, amirite.
i will just go with the vote of the people instead of one person so the public poll showed that 50% liked microsofts better and 30% liked sonys with 5% liking nintendo and the rest didnt care.
The difference between xbox live and psn is the same as PC vs mac. PSN for me is always lagging, and i dont mean game lag. Let me just give an example. When i got Killzone 2, the servers were down for me and i could not play a single online game for the first month. That stuff just doesnt happen on Xbox live. I mean im fine with paying for a $50 service each year. I dont get why people compain over 50 bucks, i bet that if people would stop arguing and use the time to do something productive. ...
