I'm not surprised, every mgs fan knows Kojima has a butt fetish. And seriously at least this isn't as tasteless as Voldo's (soul calibur ad) butt pic....and that was really, really disturbing for a guy to see.
Just buy the physical copy of KZ Mercenary. Personally I prefer physical copies now, instead of downloading it and filling up my measly 8gb card. It's priced the same so the physical copy is the better deal in the end.
@otoshi
Yep, that's why it's better to have separate devices. Even if you can bring a charger it's gonna be hard to find a decent place outside of work and home to charge your device safely.
@Outlawed
I was just pointing out that that it's great that the Vita can still play previous console games. It's never a bad thing since a lot those old games are still great and fun to play. Besides a lot of people including me who bought a Vita came from owning these consoles and had a great time with them. Right now there are lot's of Vita games for everybody and new games are now coming for the Vita more frequently. It's a great time to be a Vita owner.
I doubt they'll invest on aaa games for phones. Remember that android and ios is a haven for piracy more than any console. Only indie devs can make it on the phone market since they only need to make games with small budgets since it's less risky.
They've been trying to kill off portables for years and they still haven't succeeded. You wanna know why? It's because they can't replace real gaming machines when it comes to games. I do have emulators on my phone but without the physical buttons it's just awful play on. If I add a controller to it then it becomes unportable and costly. If I also game on my phone I'd eat up precious battery juice that I could use during an emergency to make important calls.
I love your fishboat analogy, since I find these ios devices stink like fish in the gaming department. Bubs to you.
Everyone needs a phone but not everyone is a gamer. It's a certainty that phones will outsell a dedicated portable but the point is that these phones will never bring the same content that a portable can.
People keep forgetting that most of the best devs in the business were once indie devs.
Those who complain a lot are just actually just trolls speading fud. Anyone with a Vita knows how many games can be played for the system including ps1 and psp games. I actually keep my vita always near me 24 hours a day....that's how much I love it!
There are some people who cannot see the 3d effect and some people who cannot stand it. I'm lucky that I can play my 3ds with the 3d on for a long time and still not get any headaches. The 3d is just not for everyone. I actually enjoy the 3d feature and so does my daughter, she'll be getting her 3ds this xmas to replace her ds and psp.
As long as these women aren't feminists they're welcome to make any game.
Hope this game turns out great, and if it turns out great I hope it sells a ton of copies on different consoles.
That actually makes no sense. If you're referring to the PS4 you can upgrade the PS4's harddrive internally with a bigger capacity one that is not even a proprietary drive which makes upgrading it cheap. This eliminates the need for an external harddrive. Backwards compatibility is understandable since the hardware is so different from the PS3. It would also make the PS4 much more expensive to produce. Backwards compatibility will be addressed through gaikai in the end.
@PS4
Dangit! My hopes of getting the old DMC back to its root have now faded into oblivion!! Stupid april fools joke......
It was the same hard road that the PS3 undertook. As long as Sony supports it and no one is able to pirate Vita games then the Vita will slowly grow in sales. It took the PS3 2 years after launch to make things work out. Also there are now more games coming this year and the next.
Considering Platinum bought the DMC rights from Capcom we will see a new DMC game. I have to thank Ninja Theory for making this possible. The new DMC reboot sold so low that Capcom had to sell the rights to recoup their losses. DMC is now back in Kamiyas hands and rightfully so. Hopefully they also sell Resident Evil back to its creator.
That's a good sign for the Vita. If it continues to sell well more devs will bring in more games. It's a good year to be owning both portables.
I'll eventually get one too, it's gonna kill my wallet having to buy many games on different consoles. The PS4 isn't gonna disappear and I usually purchase a new console after 1 year since there'll be a lot of games after that time span. Although I have a feeling my brother will get one when it gets released so I won't be missing out unless he hogs the unit all to himself.
Doubt it, though I'd be counting on a 2DS xl in clamshell form for the adults wanting a cheaper 3ds xl if the 2DS becomes successful.
