Perhaps no, but MS played it well with 343 studios IMO.
Plus, they are making strong moves now and acquiring new exiting exclusives like Quantum Break and Sunset Overdrive to name a few. Also, remember that insomniac only made games for Sony last gen (except fuse) and now MS has an exclusive game from them.
I guess, my point is that MS is not as dependent on Bungie as they once were.
