While I'm not surprised about the score of the game, I am for one, Very surprised that IGN gave the movie a 3.5 out of 5.
I checked Rottentomatoes and so far it has an 80% with 8 out of 10 critics saying its a good movie. That was totally unexpected as I thought it would suck ass like Dragonball Evolution or SF:Chun Li.

Its possible, Sony could be able to give PS3 a price cut since the cost to produce a PS3 has been reduce by 70%.
Dam, Square Enix is lacking in the console department. At least there's other Publishers willing to produce JRPGS.
Hopefully other publishers go back to producing JRPGS such as Capcom ( Breath of Fire) Sega (I would Really like to see a new or remake of Skies of Arcadia), Konami (Suikoden) and of course Sony! (Wild Arms, Legend of Dragoon, Legaia and Dark Cloud!) Its really the only genre thats been lacking this current gen.

Dude, the reason why many people are more interested in Final Fantasy Versus XIII, is because it gives off a more darker epic feeling. I mean have you seen the trailer? Man, First time I saw that trailer, I was like this is Badass. The music alone made feel that this was gonna be epic. It gave me the vibe i felt when saw the FF8 Intro.
Nomura has stated that the game will opt for a darker, bleaker world that is intended to counter previous Final Fantasy insta...
Hopfully Next year will change that.

Unless If the PS3 slim is true and it becomes cheaper to produce. Sony might be able offset the loss with the new quarter by releasing the PSP Go and PS3 Slim. That's if the PS3 slim is real and comes with a price tag of $200-$300.

Well, I was hoping to see that they implemented Voice chat in the Second Wave of Updates but it seems they are still working on it.
It may be the reason why it got Delayed, Because Sony and Level 5 understand Voice Chat is necessary for the Online mode. Anyway, I tried it out at Comic Con and I enjoyed it, Can't wait to get to it next year along with FFXII (Which I hope there not Released the Same month).
Hope to see if they implement 4 player co-op with other psps or an online co-op much like its counterpart on the PS3.
They should have delayed KOFXII and worked on implementing features such as Story mode, more characters, more levels and perfecting online mode.
I'll hope for a better version will be released like Viruta Fighter 4 and its far superior updated/Fixed version VF4 Evolution.
I would love to see multiplayer mode again, loved it on R&C 3 on PS2.

If Star Ocean: The Last Hope does come to the PS3, I would buy it. As Long as they give some special features like with Tales of Vesperia and Options for Japanese Dubs for making PS3 owners wait.

I wonder, When Final Fantasy XIII releases in Japan will it beat Dragon Quest 9 Sales, Cause japan's game market hasn't been that great for Consoles, and it could explain why there's been a lack of jrpgs overall compared to last gen. Still waiting for Capcom to make a Breath of Fire for the consoles.

With better exclusives coming out next year plus any PS3 slim, price cut, PS Cloud, PS2 Backward Compatibility or Firmware 3.0 would of already been released before or during 2010 which should help pick up sales around the world thus making it a great year for PS3.

Cool, I preodered this at gamestop like 3 weeks ago. Glad, that it got a Good rating. Getting the PS3 version as it comes with a nice case and a blu ray movie.

Dude if Sony releases the PS3 slim with a $250 price tag along with that rumored Gran Turismo 5 09 release date then they got the Holiday season.
Plus if that catches on they can continue selling PS3 slims by timing their PS3 release dates right like White Knight Chronicles for January, M.A.G. for February, God of War for March, Final Fantasy XIII for April.
It would be like that major sales boost streak the PS3 got in Japan with Yukuza 3, White Knight Chronicles, RE:5.
