Don't think so, maybe in the West but not world wide. Who really cares anyways? PS4 is so far a head I doubt Xbox will ever make a come back, all Sony has to do is drop the price if they wish. But why do that when it's still beating xbox world wide lol
I think the side quests that break the game narrative are more a symptom of another problem. The "Open World". Or, as some know it, GTA Syndrome. The main narrative becomes lost in either just exploring or just messing around doing "stuff". That "stuff" can often be found in the form of side quests. I beat the game and must agree, with the Witcher 2 I didn't want to put down the controller and had a blast. After finishing this game I'll easily forget the main story and the side quests I'm now doing at the moment. The best bits SHOULD be the main quest, I didn't pay $60 for side quests. I was looking for a good story like the first two games. The sides quests are SIDE missions/quests that add more to a game but shouldn't be the main focus of any game. They are there for people that want to do them or have finished the game and are looking for extra. There's clearly something wrong with the main story if people are telling me you're missing out on side quests lol....think about it.

I'll be honest, it's not as good as Witcher 2. I keep waiting for something big to happen and haven't seen it yet. I remember in the Witcher 2 from the very start it pulled you in and had epic set pieces...plus the boss fights were really good. I'm almost at the end of the story and while the combat is better the story and "epic fights" is lacking compared to 2. I'm even a little disappointed but I guess it was hard to top the last game.
I don't know why they just don't show the 5mins of gameplay they showed everyone else at the Star Wars celebration. Even though this is using the "in-game" engine it's still a trailer and makes the game look better. I want to see what the gameplay looks like with everyone on the map at 60fps like they said.
Yeah you fight her in a Chalice dungeon, she's the last boss you need if you're trying to platinum the game. She's pretty easy in my opinion, thought it would be a lot tougher considering what it took to get there.
I don't know if it's going to be a good game or not but what I do know is I'm a huge Star Wars fan and I can't wait for this game and December for the movie. This game will just build my excitement for Dec and even if it's not the greatest game ever I'm sure we'll have fun shooting our blasters and listening to those classic sounds on the battlefield :)
You do realize that the gameplay is pre-alhpa footage right? I'm sure they will optimize the game more before release. It looked really good from the trailer BUT I'm still waiting for actual "in-game gameplay". Yes they are showing the trailer with the games engine but that can still look better than actual gameplay when 40 people are on the map at the same time AND it's suppose to be running at 60fps.
Really liked the trailer and have already preordered it since I'm such a Star Wars fan but I really wish they showed some actual "in game" gameplay instead of just footage of it.
Just platinum it yesterday, bosses aren't too hard once you get down their patterns. Hardest part for me was the Chalice dungeons, the one where you have to do the whole thing with %50 hp took me hours. Such a good game, only flaw was loading times so I'd say 9.75/10

This has been the worst $60 I've spent in a video game in a long time. Sad I got more enjoyment out of The Order. Don't see this game lasting too much longer once some more games get released this year.
The games designers already said they left it open to a sequel and by the sale numbers I'm sure they will improve on the few flaws it had. I really enjoyed the story just wished it was a little longer :)
Totally agree, "most" people aren't checking Internet site for review scores. If there's a new release with good marketing people will buy it.
I'm currently on chapter 11 and really enjoying it so far. It's not the greatest game but has kept me interested and the graphics are really well done. I'd give it probably a 7.5/8. I actually like the story and feel like it has a good pace.

Who cares? You'll be able to play the Uncharted 4 MP and once that game comes out 'most of everyone' will be playing #4 anyways.
