What makes you think it's like that because some multiplat devs say that. Yeah the basic platform is the same as a pc as in the CPU is a 3 core cpu. But the 360 has more exotic hardware that most multiplat devs dont really use Like the VMX128 and Memexport i would suggest to look up some Digital foundry tech interview the last one with split second devs is really cool.
