Well I do have around 50 mods installed on FO4. It's not like 5 or 10 min, but like 1-2 sometimes. You are right with ME: Andromeda tho now that I think about it. Only the initial loading into the story just takes a few min in my case.

No, especially under Nadella (Head of MS). Phil has shot down those rumors I believe, and Nadella has said before Xbox will be supported like all of their other hardware. Recently Panos (Head of hardware development at MS) was in charge of making the Xbox One S, but now Xbox is an integral part of the focus for him and his team along with Microsoft's premium hardware as they call it, which includes the Surface, Xbox, Hololens, Bands, etc.

Yea it's not aiming to replace them and if you spend more money youll get better performance. $2000 is way over tho. For 4K on PC you'd at the very very least need $500 for the gpu and cpu alone. Factoring in the motherboard, Psu, etc., would require a few hundred more.
I don't think the X will be comparable to a 1070 with a high end cpu (i7/i5/Ryzen, etc., are far more powerful and efficient than the consoles cpu), but i'd expect it to perform similar in some cases,...

If you want to play a Microsoft Exclusive you can spend a couple hundred and get it on an Xbox One or spend a couple hundred more on a pc and play it there. Likewise, if you want to play a Microsoft Exclusive at a 4K/increased graphics/performance get an X or spend a couple hundred more and get a Pc.

It's this same stuff over and over again. Assassin's Creed, Destiny, both opted for parity on the PS4 and Xbox One even though the PS4 was stronger. People questioned Microsoft's Marketing rights at the time, thinking the PS4 was being held back or prioritized less. Fast forward and they have the marketing rights again with stronger hardware and Ubisoft are going for the same thing.

With Microsoft's generation-less approach to their future consoles, gamers in their ecosystem won't need to keep their old consoles because their games will work on the next one regardless.
I understand Sony's position on BC, but that was before online multiplayer took off and digital blew up, not to mention games will age a lot better from PS4/Xb1 to Pro/Scorpio to Ps5/Xb2 than they did from the ps1/2 to the ps3.
