Good choice. I haven't picked up the game yet but I was in the beta and loved it.

Actually I love God of War. I just think those game sI listed were better. MAG is my favorite online shooter this generation so far. I have put in around 400 hours so far.

GT5, Heavy Rain and MAG all rank higher than GOW3 for me this year.

Who gives a rats ass how long it took to make the game. It shouldn't matter if the game took a day to make or 20 years to make. The game should be judged on its content and not how long it took to release.

I wonder if reviewers will demand the same type of perfection when Duke Nukem finally releases??

None of these are exclusive to the PS3:

Final Fantasy XIV
DC Universe Online
Mass Effect 2

I was actually going to agree with you until I read: (waiting for disagrees because N4G is littered with PS3 fanboys..... sigh). That statement proves who the fanboy really is.

I just got done playing the demo and it looks exactly like it does on my 360 which I play on the same tv with the same settings.

Look, I respect your opinion but I have to disagree. I have no problems with the graphics of GT5. They are better than most of the so called AAA games this generation. People need to get over the fact that the game took forever to release and stop nitpicking it to death. Either you like the game or you don't. Real GT fans love it and at the end of the day thats all that matters.

Good job stealing my avatar. :P

When did they make the rule that you had to release a game every year??

I am glad GT games don't come out every year. Have you seen how much content they pack into a game. There is no way you would ever finish it before the next game came out.

They didn't need to fix anything. The game was near perfect to begin with. The problem is that most "gamers" this generation can't handle a game that requires a little skill to be good at.

The article is about exclusives not great games on Xbox. Splinter Cell, Alan Wake, Halo Reach and Fable 3 are exclusives. The others not so much.

As an Xbox 360 owner who only buys exclusives that is a very valid question. I buy all my multi-platform games for PS3 so I would also like to know what are the "essential games" for next year.

I have Alan Wake and Mass Effect 2. Both great games.

Just imagine what you could do if you had more than one bubble. :P

They realesed 4 games during that "6 years" everyone keeps ripping them for.

The only way to experience this game is by playing it with a Logitech wheel. I also use the Driving Force GT and it is hands down the best driving game I have ever played.

That may be true but I dare you to build a rig for the price of a PS3 or Xbox 360 that will play all of those games at max settings. The biggest problem with PC gaming is the fact that hardware specs change so fast that you will likely end up missing out on a few games if you aren't willing to spend the money to keep up. With a console you buy it once and you don't have to upgrade for 5-10 years and can still play every game released for it.
