I like to think of PS+ as a Sam's Club membership and a Gamefly membership all rolled into one service. I have both by the way.
What are you talking about. I have at least 6 betas on my PS3 right now and I have even deleted a few of them. Just because you don't get into them doesn't mean they are not there.
Yes you did. I was really hoping to see it here in the US too. It would be nice to have a second copy so my wife and I could play online togher on our own PS3s instead of both on one. No big deal I guess but it would still be nice.

Take off the fanboy goggles and think about it for a second. PS+ works on the same principal as Sam's Club or any other store like it. You pay a yearly membership fee to have access to all of their specially priced items. The membership usually pays for itself the first time you use it.

I don't know why everyone always looks past the fact that it is the 3rd fastest selling console of all time. If you stop and think how many different consoles have been sold over the years it is unbelievable how such a "failure" could have sold faster than all but two of them. I agree the biggest problem for PS3 other than launch price/economy has been the gaming media. Since day one the media has been attacking it with incredible bias.

Actually the problem is that there are so many damn shooters coming out that people just don't have enough time to stick to one game only. If we could get a larger break between shooters I bet you would see alot better numbers.
I am actually playing MAG right now. Its the only game I have ever put this much time into. I am about to hit the 400 hour mark and it is still as fun as it was the first time I played it. Killzone 2 was the only shooter I played online utinl I got MAG. Very fun game. I might get back into it once I finish off my platinum trophy in MAG. only 6 medals away)
I agree that Heavenly Sword is the best of the genre. I own all three GOW games and Dante's Inferno. I have played countless other games in the genre but Heavenly Sword is by far the best in my opinion. Had the game been a little longer and realeased a little later in the generation after all the "PS3 is Doomed" review scores it would have done alot better sales wise. As it stands it is in my top 5 favorite games of all time.

I am totaly ok with this. I don't mind exclusive dlc. Thats what I have all three systems for. The only part that sucks is I will probably end up getting it for the PS3 since I care about Trophies alot more than Gamerscore and most of the friends that I would play it with are on the PS3. Looks like I will have to miss out.
I agree. I think people should buy this and the GOW collection. That will only increase the chances of more collections coming out. I can think of a few that I would like to see.

I love getting to defend and attack all of the maps. It should stop people crying that certain maps unfair. They are all really easy to win on if you have a good squad.
I have to agree. you need to play with better players. I play in Valor and we can take every map in under 3 minutes if our clan plays together. This includes attacking Valor's map now that they are neutral.
Two things:
1. You forgot about Killzone 3 coming and Resistance 3 is going to be announced soon.
2. The Xbox 360 only has Halo Reach and Gears 3.
It seems to me that they are pretty even as far as new shooters goes. Stop acting like Halo is the only shooter out there worth playing. Not all Xbox 360 owners like Halo you know. I actually think it is highly overrated if I am being honest.
