They wouldn't even let him finish MGS5. He got cut off 2/3 of the way through. They're not going to let him have a budget to make the type of MGS6 he'd want to make. And I doubt he would return anyway after the way he was treated. He has his own studio now. His focus is elsewhere.

Right there with you. There is are lifetimes of games out there already. I have so many games I've bought and have yet to play already. Not counting what I have from collecting on Epic Games, Steam, PS+ (if I continue to pay the subscription), I could play for Years.

Agreed. I basically am 6 months behind on most releases when playing. Because of 1) Price & 2) Patches. I try and get games at $40 or under. And I definitely don't play games at launch, unless it's something really important and truly magical for me. The RE4 Remake was that game for me recently. But otherwise I'm waiting on patches on top of patches.

I've actually waited for this DLC to start the game. I was going to a while back, but then they announced the DLC, so I held off. I have enough games to play in the meantime. Waiting a little longer to jump into 2077 won't hurt. And now I'll get to play the most complete version of it.

Make the reviewer themselves buy it at that price and see what they say. Would love to see those opinions from the reviews. But most of them will get review codes or their companies will expense it.

Seriously. Things like this seem stupid to us, I think it's an insane price. But their marketing department and done research and determined this to be a good price and that people will pay it. Sure you will have the vocal minority that will complain about it. But those people probably wouldn't have bought it anyway. There are plenty of people that are going to want this on the Switch to take it on the go that will eat this up.

Just because you grow up in gaming doesn't mean you pay attention to every game or detail. I'm 37 and a parent. I've worked in video game stores multiple times and have always been involved in gaming. But I still don't know really anything about Pikmin or how it plays. I remember seeing it on a demo machine back during the Cube and never payed attention to it since.
The exact same thought came to mind when I read the headline. It's been so long since we've heard his lies and over ambitions.
RE4 Remake was a very satisfying one. It took a good amount of planning and prep to get. It was a little bit more than just 'do every side quest and find every shiny thing.'
Wasn't MGS1 released on PC back in the day? What were the controls back then? Surely it had keyboard support.
It's not even a lack of space. They have cartridges that hold 32 and even 64gb of data. This is just dumb. The MGS collection is doing the same. There's almost nothing on the cart.
According to the listing for MGS, there's only 2.4gb of data on the cartridge. Another 24gb will need to be downloaded. So, practically nothing is on the cart for MGS.
