This article basically states that MS beat Nintendo by copying them, with smartglass. Ok, how many games for the 360 will be smart glass compatible? And now many Wii U games will use its controller? How many Mario games will be on the 360? Nintendo wins because Nintendo does games, MS does not.
Why is it doubtful that they would spend money to make a game? I'm sure Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 only cost them a couple hundred thousand to make.

I like the Vita, I just don't want to see Sony try to shoehorn nothing but console games on the handheld. If I wanna play Sony console games, I have a ps3 to do so.
I honestly think this is a terrible path for Sony to take. Console ports are not what hand helds are for, hand helds are for hand held games.

You do realize that publishers can and do put free DLC on Xbox Live. The publishers have to pay to have that free DLC on PSN, as they would on Xbox Live. They choose to make us pay for it instead of them paying for it.
Revelations is indeed supposed to be good, haven't opened my copy yet.. grabbed up a misprint copy, still haven't gotten another yet. But the list is of upcoming games :)
Elite stat tracking is 100% free. So yeah, Black Ops gave it to you free, so does MW3.
So basically, you're saying waiting builds excitement? And getting the same thing, in smaller doses, for a cheaper price.. is bad. Let me restate that getting the SAME thing, for cheaper is bad?
Just to correct you, the Strike package doesn't have EMP or Stealth in it, that's support.
And honestly, how is Elite a bad addition? Elite is simply a stat tracking and community add on. Nothing bad about it. I know you say that Elite is all about getting the money up front for DLC... No, that's not what it's all about. And since when was SAVING people money a bad thing? It takes away from the excitement of big DLC releases? How about it adds the excitement ...

How can you win with a gimmick? You realize every console this generation had it's own gimmick. Whether it be bluray on the ps3, Xbox live on the 360(and later the Kinect) or motion controls for the Wii.
Gimmicks are not bad things, the sooner people realize this, the simpler life really becomes. Peace on earth could even happen.
