We'll see. A lot of time third party developers don't release on multiple consoles. Path of exile with be an xbox one / pc game because it is simple to port games from pc to xb1 since xb1 is pretty much a closed off PC.
Exclusives don't hold much weight, people will want to play third party games more. What better console than scorpio with the best graphics, best fps, best online and best controller? Don't forget xbox one will be getting Halo Wars 2, City skylines, Crack down 3, Forza 7, Killer Instinct Season 4, State of Decay 2 and more.

Sony doesn't support games for their peripherals. Vita, VR, Move, ect. No way I'll spend 400 dollars knowing Sony's history and the fact they just closed down their biggest studio that is making vr.
Halo 6 will be a big game for xbox scorpio.
Consoles are optimized better than PC. John Carmack stated you need a PC with twice tflops of ps4 to match it. Also, AMD stated this too. Not to mention there is PS4 pro games that can run 4k right now. Xbox scorpio with a better GPU and a WAY better CPU should be able to pull this off. The only time this won't occur is if developers push for max settings vs high/medium settings.
PC owners can LITERALLY flip a switch in the settings menu to enable 4k... The 60 fps happens automatically. Just like how xbox one s improves performance automatically.
The PC version will be able to do 4k native at 60 fps. So the feature is going to exist day one already. So enabling this for xbox scorpio wouldn't take much time at all.

Phil Spencer did do a lot for xbox. The system is not only selling well, but releasing quite a few games. Last year we got Dead Rising 4, Killer Instinct Season 3, Gears 4, Horizon 3, Quantum break and Recore. More than enough for me.
