If you only own xbox one or ps4 I will say xbox one because of backwards compatibility games.

State of decay niche? That game sold over 2 million and broke XBL records back in 2014. More than any of those niche Japanese games will ever hope to sell. State of decay 2 is probably around 4-5 million at this point. All the games you listed is games that doesn't interest much people including me thus the low sales. I mean almost ten years to wait for TLG and it sold less than half a million on an install base of 50 + million. LOL.
I think ps5 will be out in 2020. Same thing for xbox scorpio 2. Microsoft will release a new console every 3 years
Yep, just look how horrible gravity rush 2 sold. It didn't even get in the top 10 in it's first week during the deadest time of the year for console games lol.
Sony releasing a ps5 this early won't happened. Also, Halo Wars 2, Forza 7 , State of decay 2, Crack Down, Sea of thieves, cup head and ori blind forest. Plenty of great exclusives. Also, it will play all the multiplatform games better and look better which is what most people play.
Forza 7, Halo Wars 2, State of decay 2 looks awesome. Better than a bunch of niche Japanese games that nobody buys or plays. They just list them in their little list wars.

Never got to play the first one so this could be fun. In fact, I don't think many people even got to play the first one.
This generation is alright so far. RE7 was great. Halo Wars 2 ,ME3 and State of Decay 2 are my most anticipated games.
The console can only cost at max 500 dollars.
Gravity Rush 2 sold horribly outside of Japan so no one cares about the game in United States and Europe. Probably same goes for the other Japanese games. Why not make games that cater to your biggest demographic?
Wrong, multiplatform games is what sales a platform. Look up the sales chart for gravity rush 2. It was number 18 on it's first week lol

Only 60k people for the biggest game for VR? That isn't a lot at all. No wonder Sony closed down Cambridge studio that made one of their best vr games. Seems like a lot of money wasted.
PSVR is pretty much a fail at this point. They had to lower projections for the thing.
