He has SprintBoost Specialation on (aka Perks if the CoD players do not understand what Specialitation is) So it looks like the animation is kinda 'off' because his speed is faster then the animation itself.
Without SprintBoost, it looks normal

Why would they show a 'lower quality' version to impress gamers, if they can use the high quality version which will impress more people..

4 Players is the sweetspot for that.
Unless games can run 256 A.I's at the same time, then 16 players is reasonable yes
