Ever since the films got popular, it seems that Capcom has only wanted their cannon RE series of games to cater to fans of those stupid films. I hope that when MGS the movie comes out, that Kojima doesn't do the same and sell-out future MGS games by making them more action oriented, as opposed to the beloved stealth it's known for.
The cost of running 3rd party games on Cloud servers would come at the expense of Sony since Gaikai is their company. So, i don't know how they are going to settle the cost of running games that eventually get old and are not worth the money of keeping alive. THAT is a major issue that Onlive had. Gaikai had yet to have that issue before, because all they were focused on was demo's. Now they and Sony are gonna have to take this into consideration/
Dude your absolutely right...think about it: The cost of running the servers 24/7 for Cloud is not gonna be cheap, so Sony might as well be churning out profits via hardware too.

WHEN is it coming out? I'm not gonna play the Ada story until this patch comes out. It's stupid that the whole game is co-op but when u get to Ada, it stops being co-op. So I play the whole game with my GF in split-screen just to end up playing solo? What a dumb decision that was...

If it's cheap, already comes in the box with the ps4, and actually works (unlike kinect) then I don't care if they add it. My GF would like that anyway. And besides, there would be no kinect if it were not for the original Eyetoy. So yeah, Sony is totally within means to create it even if MS cries foul.

What does new consoles have to do with the decline in profits in the gaming industry? Console sales only affect the Big 3 (Sony, MS, and Nintendo).
SOFTWARE sales are the decline that effects all other companies. Infamous 2 was awesome! So I get your point, however, our mutual love of those 2 games does not justify the fact that the ADDITIONAL games (After the first batch of 12 we got in that 1 month in the summertime) we are getting are completely cheap pieces of trash that no one would ever buy (nowadays), when compared to EUROPE, they are getting amazing full ps 3, quality games for ps plus. AND they already got Infamous 2 and Lbp 2 (If I'm correct) so they still get a monumentally better deal....
No I liked it in the past year because even though the games were not always AAA, most were NEW games that were good and also experimental/indie (like Rock of Ages). Now we get the cream of the crAp (double dragon being the straw that broke the camels back).

You obviously don't know Nathan Drake, and more obviously, you don't own (or at least play) PS3. Because PS3 has just as many new memorable characters as the PS1 and PS 2 did. I think the PS3 made the most amazing come back in gaming history just from the past 3 years.
