I said the same thing on another n4g article, and a flock of contentious weirdo's just nerd-raged at me, lol. Just because it looks like a PS4 game, doesn't mean we're saying that the PS4 can't do better. It just so happens to look about as good as some of the PS4's launch games. I'm sure the PS4 can do much better (Deep Down says hello) plus the PS4's 8GB of RAM totally kills the PS3, easy. But man, some people need to chill out. Any way, yeah it looks like a PS4 ...
@Gumtrol: Yeah definately. Of course Killzone is way bigger. Games that come out during the end of a console generation, tend to look almost as good as early launch game NEXT gen games. For example, remember how Vagrant Story on PS1 looked almost as good as an early first year PS2 game? I'm not saying it really is on par technologically, it just looks that way (probably because Quantum used short cuts to squeeze all they could out of the PS3).

Yeah I dunno what their thinking. A lot of strange things happening this year in the industry. Maybe e wanted too much money or something to do it. Still, who else will they find? Maybe they want a younger sounding voice because it's a prequel? I don't know what it is. It's crazy.

Nintendo certainly HAS the franchises to compete (look at Ds/3ds), BUT I think that it's Iwata who doesn't have the strength or know-how to compete in this rapidly evolving gaming landscape. I would prefer it for Microsoft to make games. if they wanna do 3D holographic crap, then at least use the holographic tech for games. When I use Skype, I don't care about 3d gimmicks. I just wanna see their face. Similarly, when I use an Xbox, I want to play GAMES, not use 3d Holographic gimmicks in Skype.

Persona 3 FES needs to be on this list. That game is one of the greatest, most innovative (for it's time) JRPG's ever made. It is only $10 as a PS2 classic, and you get a 160 hour turn-based JRPG with one of the greatest stories ever, and it also comes with a bonus extended game called "The Answer" which adds an additional 40 hours of gameplay.
So you get 200 hours of gameplay, for only $10. Everyone should own this game.
Their kinda busy with Persona 5 atm. Plus Atlus's "Persona Team" (the makers of Catherine) never make real "sequels". Their stories always conclude. Even in Persona games, eac one is a brand new story. They might make another similar game to Catherine (another block-puzzle based Romance/Morality-based game) but it won't be called Catherine. I know man. I was born in 89, but my sister has kept all her NES and Master System games, so when our mom bought the latest system, my sis would hog it and pass down her older systems for me to play instead. So I was always playing old games. I had to beat Mario bros, ninja gaiden, ninja turtles, etc without saving. Even the ps1 games are tougher than todays weak hand holding games.
For 3.5 years?? Sony will have plenty of games for PS4, and they didn't need to gimp on the ps3's amount of exclusives. That's no excuse. Microsoft dropped the ball for the last 3 years. 720 is no excuse, when we see that PS3 is getting A LOT of games this year by Sony, even though it's also having a good amount for PS4 games this year too.
I'm no fanboy of any one company, but seriously I lost faith in Microsoft as a hardcore game provider.
Not enough exclusives in the final half of the current gen. Sorry but that's true talk.

My 11 year old niece loves playing games (ds, 3ds, Wii, and pc) and I wouldn't be surprised if she goes into the industry when she grows up. The way she talks about the most intricate details of how the game mechanics work, is intriguing. She reads Game Informer magazines from front to back every time I visit and drop it off. She's so smart!
